This month we fulfilled a promise and handed out well needed medical equipment to the people at the Thito clinic in the Tsanakona ward outside of Maun. This health post is a remote station of the Letsolatebe Memorial Hospital here in town. The people in this remote area have limited access to doctors and nurses and once a month the mobile clinic and nurse visit this post to attend their needs.
The people there were very grateful and accepted this donation with open arms. Thanks to all our guests that spare space in their suitcases to bring those well needed supplies from far to help us and support the communities here.
